David Cochran is CEO of Harbison, a not-for-profit aged-care and NDIS provider and retirement village operator in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, one of the first super-aged communities in the state. Harbison operates an award-winning dementia service at Burradoo, providing more than half the residential dementia care in the region. David serves on the Management Committee of Cycling Without Age Australia and Harbison supports the Southern Highlands chapter of Cycling Without Age. Harbison has represented Australia in the Road Worlds for Seniors since 2018 and hopes more Australians will join the Motiview network in 2024.
