Julia Abrahams is the Chief Legal Counsel of Catholic Healthcare Limited, where Julia has worked for the past 20 years. Prior places of employment includes Freehills.

In 2017, Julia was named one of the top 12 in-house Counsel in Australia in the category health and aged care law in the Doyle’s List,  and was recognised by Global Legal Experts in categories relating to aged care law in 2023. Most recently, in 2024, Julia was named Aged Care Expert of the Year in Australia in the category Aged Care by Advisory Excellence.
