
Mary Ducusin

Mary joined Uniting in March 2019 and was previously Chief Quality and Risk Officer at Estia Health, an aged care provider and ASX-listed company. Prior to joining Estia, Mary worked at Allity Aged Care and Bupa, where she managed a range of risk, compliance, and operational responsibilities, including customer experience and service acquisitions. She is also the Executive Sponsor for Uniting’s Cultural and Diversity Network and is currently responsible for risk and assurance, child safety, quality management, legal services, customer service delivery, sales and marketing, nursing and clinical governance functions, as well as War Memorial Hospital (Schedule 3).
Mary started her career as a registered nurse, working in the acute and sub-acute health sector, and has since studied for a law degree. She has recently completed the Company Directors Course through AICD and Advance Leadership in Clinical Governance through Australian Institute of Clinical Governance.
